​7 Steps to Success!!

 

Congratulations on starting your own business!  Being a business owner can be one of the most rewarding jobs ever!  It gives you freedom in every aspect of your life from scheduling to finances!  So, where do you begin?!

 

Every great Norwex consulant started with one thing, customers!   So here are some tips to start building your customer base!

 

1.  Book your own launch party for the week you sign up and invite your family and friends!

Use your "FRANK" list in your starter kit to help you decide who to invite (Friends, Relatives, Associates (co-workers), Neighbours, Kids (people you know through your kids) )  Too Many people for one party?! Book 2!  Or 3!!  These demos will get you used to talking Norwex and will help you earn your Fresh Start!

 

 

 

 

2.  Book MORE!  To get you off to a good start, you want to have 6 solid bookings on your calendar in your first 2 months!  (Ideally one a week for 6 weeks!)  Use your FRANK list and ask everyone to book their demos with you!  Don't leave anyone out!  You might be suprised who wants to party with you!  Booking 6 parties will get you fast tracked for training and grow your confidance in your business!  (Plus you will start earning money right away!)

 

3. Think about who might want to join you on your journey!  Building a team is how you will turn Norwex into a life-long income for you!  Why not start looking for people who want to join you right from the start?!  Trust me, they are already there!  You might as well be the one to ask them!   Plus, having a team is one of the most rewarding parts of the business!  It is more fun to do this together!!

 

4.  Be sure to join our facebook page Team Synergy  https://www.facebook.com/groups/480451762023260/  You will be connected to other consultants who can help guide and encourage you 24/7 along your new adventure!!

 

 

 

 

5.  Mark your calendar!  Our team meetings happen monthly and will be posted on the facebook page!  Plan to attend if you can!  Will also have a long distance call in option if you cannot make it in person!

 

6.  Talk to your upline!  Book 4 phone calls (one a week) after you sign up just to check in and have your questions answered!  If you want to shadow a party, ask your upline or one of the other team members on the facebook page or check out youtube and our video section for other people doing their demos!

 

7.  Start training!  Check out your back office for amazing webinars and training materials right at your fingertips!  Our "backoffice 101" tab has all the information you need to navigate the back office!  

 

Expect to be busy!  Starting a new business is amazing!  But there is a learning curve!  Expect to have questions and to stumble!  It's all part of the process!  And above all, have fun!!  This is your chance to make your life exactly what you always wanted!  Enjoy this amazing adventure!!
